Job summary

The Boeing Company in Berkeley, MO is seeking an experienced Test & Evaluation Engineer to join the Structures Test and Evaluation Engineering team. You will support test programs, lead design, instrumentation setup, and test readiness across military aircraft programs.

This role requires strong leadership, 2D/3D design capabilities, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and test readiness across multiple shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading a test design team or as test conductor/architect.
• Excellent communication skills with cross-functional teams.
• 3+ years of experience with 3D design software.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to a test program under general direction.
• Lead a team through test design, integration and test conduct in structural labs.
• Coordinate test requirements and develop procedures and fixtures.
• Document and present test data and reports.
