MACOM is seeking a Manager of Test Engineering in Lowell, MA to lead production testing and characterize devices for new products. You will drive ATE software development, mentor engineers and coordinate with design and operations to meet budgets and schedules.

You will guide testing across RF and digital hardware, ensuring accuracy and efficiency while advancing career development and staff performance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or similar field and a minimum of 8 years in test engineering or related areas.
• Experience leading production testing and developing test procedures for new products.
• Strong ability to collaborate with design, operations and cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Establish manufacturing test objectives for a range of products from discrete devices to modules.
• Lead team to transition new products from engineering to manufacturing.
• Develop and maintain ATE software solutions used in manufacturing.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams on future test requirements.
• Delegate tasks, mentor staff, and support career development.
• Analyze test data and report findings to improve product quality and cost.
