Job summary

MACOM is seeking a Senior Product Engineer to own and lead RF, microwave, and millimeter‑wave module programs at its Nashua, NH facility. You will bridge Design, Test, Manufacturing, Quality, Reliability, and Operations, guiding NPI, yield investigations, and production readiness with a hands‑on, results‑driven approach.

The role emphasizes cross‑functional leadership, robust test strategy development, and ensuring repeatable, cost‑effective production while mentoring junior engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in EE or ECE; advanced degree a plus.
• 5+ years in RF product engineering, test engineering, or related.
• Hands-on RF/microwave measurement, instrumentation, calibration, fixtures, troubleshooting.
• Experience releasing or manufacturing complex electronic products.
• Experience developing test plans, analyzing data, yield investigations, and root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead product‑engineering activities for complex RF, microwave, and millimeter‑wave modules.
• Own manufacturing readiness and production‑release planning for assigned products.
• Develop test strategies, characterization, and production test solutions.
• Collaborate with Design, Test, Manufacturing, Quality, and program leadership.
• Lead yield investigations and drive corrective actions with cross‑functional teams.
• Mentor engineers and lead technical reviews across disciplines.
