Qualifications

• 8+ years of semiconductor test engineering experience, including RF/DC test development and production support.
• Experience with automated test systems and new product introductions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and provide technical direction to a team of test engineers while ensuring quality and schedule commitments.
• Develop and deploy RF and DC semiconductor test solutions for products from discrete devices to modules up to 100 GHz.
• Analyze test data, troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to improve yield and productivity.
• Collaborate with Product/Design Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, and external partners to drive continuous improvement.
