Job summary

MACOM, a global leader in RF, microwave, and high-speed analog semiconductor solutions, seeks a Senior Manager of Test Engineering in Lowell/Nashua. You will lead the Test Engineering organization, drive yield improvements, and ensure test readiness for new products and customer programs.

You will partner with Product and Development Engineering to deliver world-class test capabilities, mentor leaders, and optimize test platforms and automation initiatives across factory operations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Test Engineering, Product Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing engineering teams.
• Experience with electronic assemblies, RF/microwave devices, modules, or complex electro-mechanical systems.
• Strong understanding of production test methodologies, data analysis, troubleshooting, and root cause investigation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing Test Engineering organization.
• Own day-to-day test engineering support for manufacturing operations.
• Drive yield improvement, test time reduction, throughput optimization, and factory efficiency.
• Oversee test platforms, test software, fixturing, instrumentation, calibration programs.
• Partner with Product and Development Engineering for successful product launches and test readiness.
• Drive Design-for-Test (DFT) and Manufacturing Test Strategy reviews.
• Develop metrics and dashboards to monitor test performance and organizational effectiveness.
