Job summary

Blue Origin's VEEx test stand team seeks a test engineer to support planning, execution, and analysis of a wide range of propulsion and fluid components. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and hands-on testing across engines and subsystems.

Qualifications include a Mechanical/Aerospace BS, 2+ years in testing, data analysis and an ability to lead projects with strong communication skills. Familiarity with LabVIEW, MATLAB, and Creo CAD is valued for success in this role.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
• 2+ years of experience in a testing environment.
• 2+ years of experience executing test procedures.
• Familiarity with data analysis and engineering standards.
• Ability to lead projects and work independently.
• Strong fundamentals in fluids and thermodynamics.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and standards.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with test planning and execution for vehicle components.
• Identify and mitigate risks in test campaigns.
• Integrate hardware for test campaigns and perform pre/post-test inspections.
• Review data and perform performance analysis to meet program requirements.
