Job summary

Blue Origin LLC is seeking a Test Engineer to join the Integration and Test team supporting the Electrical Test Group. You will develop test plans, lead vehicle-level tests, and coordinate with design and systems engineers to ensure verification of requirements for spaceflight hardware.

Responsibilities include planning, executing, and documenting tests, troubleshooting issues, and performing root-cause analyses.

Qualifications

• BS in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of applicable experience in space vehicle testing or electrical test.
• Experience with spacecraft avionics, power systems, guidance and navigation, and vehicle-level electrical integration.
• Proficient in C/C++, MATLAB/Simulink, Python or similar languages.

Responsibilities

• Plan and develop test plans and procedures for vehicle-level testing.
• Lead daily test operations, operate test consoles, and coordinate with internal customers.
• Design, procure, and install test support equipment; manage vendors during installation.
• Troubleshoot issues that arise during testing and perform root-cause analysis.
• Prepare status updates and communicate with stakeholders during campaigns.
