Blue Origin is seeking a Test Engineer for the Vacuum Engine Experiment (VEEx) stand. You will support test planning, execution, and data analysis, ensuring hardware integrity and safe operations across a variety of components and subsystems.

The role requires a strong background in fluids and thermodynamics, plus the ability to lead projects and work independently in a collaborative environment committed to safety and quality.

Qualificações

• B.S. Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
• 2+ years of experience in a testing environment.
• 2+ years of experience in executing test procedures.
• Demonstrated familiarity with data analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects and work independently.
• Strong technical fundamentals in fluids and thermodynamics.
• Able to read and interpret engineering standards, requirements and drawings.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with test planning and execution.
• Identify and mitigate risks in test campaigns.
• Integrate hardware for test campaigns.
• Perform pre- and post-test inspections and data review.
• Analyze test results and contribute to performance assessments.
