Job summary

SAIC is seeking a Senior Test Engineer to lead test activities for concepts and products related to military systems. The position is onsite in Indianapolis, IN, with potential for some remote work and a Day Job schedule.

Candidate will support government programs throughout the lifecycle and interface with multi-disciplinary teams. Requirements include a BS in engineering with 5+ years or an MS with 3+ years, DoD Secret clearance eligibility, and experience in test planning, verification, and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline with 5+ years experience, or master’s with 3+ years.
Experience generating, managing, allocating, and tracking requirements.
Strong background in electronic power systems, RF, sensors and military assemblies.
Background in troubleshooting embedded software and CCAs.
Experience with development and qualification testing of embedded systems.

Responsibilities

Lead test activities for a team of EEs, MEs, programmers and other project personnel.
Test and debug circuit card assemblies, embedded systems, hardware and software.
Develop test plans, procedures and reports; ensure compliance with requirements.
Collaborate with test equipment architects on test strategies for products.
Interface with multi-disciplinary design teams and customers.
