Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Engineering with 5-7.5 years of related experience.
• Strong analytical and engineering judgment; skilled in debugging and root-cause analysis.
• Experience with test, validation, yield, and manufacturing integration.
• Effective cross-functional collaboration and communication.

Responsibilities

• Drive development and implementation of product test strategies and production test methods.
• Balance technical, quality, reliability, cost, schedule, and customer requirements.
• Investigate and resolve complex product and test-related issues using data-driven analysis.
• Use LabVIEW, Python, and Django to design and troubleshoot tests.
• Assess data, risks, and tradeoffs to inform engineering decisions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align on technical approaches.
• Review and approve test plans, specs, and release documentation.
• Provide technical mentorship to technicians and engineers.
