Microchip Technology Inc. is seeking a Senior Test Engineer for CPLS products based in Colorado Springs, CO.

You will develop, debug, and sustain test programs for ASIC and embedded programmable logic devices, collaborating with Product Engineering and global teams to ensure efficient, cost-effective testing. The role requires strong C/C++ programming, expertise in analog/mixed-signal hardware, and experience with ATE platforms in Unix/Linux environments.

Formación

• BS/MS degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Experience in analog and mixed-signal hardware/test programs.
• Experience with analog and mixed-signal ATE platforms.
• Programming in C/C++ for test software.
• Proficient with Unix/Linux environments.
• Solid knowledge of circuit design and simulation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a global, multi-functional team.
• Flexibility in working hours to support tester usage across teams.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain test programs for CPLS products.
• Debug production issues related to fab process and test yields.
• Optimize test programs for cost efficiency and nonstandard customer requests.
• Create device test specifications and plans.
• Participate in cost-reduction projects affecting cost, quality, and productivity.
