Job summary

RTX is seeking a Test Engineering P3 Electrical Engineer in Cedar Rapids to work on Collins Aerospace products. You will leverage hardware development and debugging skills on multi-rack automated test stations with RF and digital equipment.

Prepare and verify test solutions for internal manufacturing and external customers. You will analyze requirements, troubleshoot HW designs, review drawings, integrate solutions, and maintain configuration control across hardware documentation.

Qualifications

• Degree in STEM with 5+ years of relevant test engineering experience.
• Advanced degree with 3+ years of circuit card design experience.
• PWB design knowledge and RF familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements for hardware design and develop test solutions.
• Troubleshoot issues with hardware designs.
• Review existing hardware drawings and create new hardware documents.
• Integrate a full test solution and verify results are accurate, repeatable and reliable.
• Manage configuration for hardware and all related documentation.
