Job summary

Jabil is hiring a Test Engineer IV - Electrical for an on-site startup at our Prince George, VA facility. You will design and maintain test procedures, tester hardware and software, working to establish the manufacturing test flow for large, heavy form-factor equipment.

The role requires 10+ years of experience and strong expertise in high- and medium-voltage testing, safety, and data analysis. You will lead test development, collaborate with engineering and production, and help build the

Qualifications

• Bachelors of Science in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in test engineering.
• 4+ years of experience with medium/high-voltage electrical testing.
• HIPOT testing experience and certification preferred.
• Strong safety and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience creating documentation for test procedures.
• Knowledge of high-voltage safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain test procedures, tester hardware and software for electronic circuit board production.
• Support manufacturing with failure analysis and tester debugging to reduce downtime.
• Generate reports and analysis of test data; document recommendations.
• Train production testing staff and ensure adherence to procedures.
• Ensure safety compliance and quality control across testing activities.
