steampunk is seeking a Test Engineer to join its DevSecOps practice, delivering QA services for application, cloud, and data systems development. You will write plans, automate tests, and validate performance, security, and functional aspects across diverse environments.

You will collaborate with developers and product teams, establish testing parameters, and mentor junior staff while driving continuous improvements in testing tooling and processes.

Qualificações

• Ability to obtain a U.S. government Security Clearance.
• Experience with Git SCM providers such as GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket.
• Experience with one or more programming or scripting languages.
• Application DevSecOps experience with actual/active development in Agile.
• Experience utilizing Docker containers and platforms such as Kubernetes.
• Experience implementing test automation using Selenium, Appium, SoapUI, RestAssured, Postman.
• Experience integrating test automation into CI/CD pipelines; performance, security, and functional tests.

Responsabilidades

• Understand stakeholders' needs and convey them to developers.
• Meet with product design to determine testing parameters.
• Write test plans, test cases, test procedures, and QA reports for products.
• Manage test data architecture and requests.
• Troubleshoot errors and streamline test procedures.
• Establish automated testing tools and infrastructure for test automation.
• Provide validation testing for cloud migrations and datasets.
