Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company, is seeking a QA Automation Lead who will supervise a QA team, establish quality standards, and promote best practices across lifecycle, testing and maintenance. The role focuses on automated testing, CI integration and risk-based approaches to ensure product quality.

You will develop automated test scripts in Java for Web Front end and microservices, collaborate with developers and product managers, and contribute to sprint planning and test

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Certified Tester -- Advanced Level (TTA, TA, and/or TM) desired.
• 4+ years of hands on automated test coding experience using Java (or development experience with C++ or C#).
• US citizenship with ability to pass a government background investigation. No dual citizens.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the QA team and promote QA best practices across software life cycle, development, testing and maintenance.
• Develop automated test scripts to validate functional, technical, and performance requirements.
• Collaborate with developers, shared services, and product managers to define automated testing components for validation of requirements.
• Drive test automation techniques and CI integration; validate across UI, DB, rules, logging, and reporting.
