Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience
• Certified Tester -- Advanced Level (TTA, TA, and/or TM) desired
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on automated test coding experience using Java (or development experience with C++ or C#)
• Candidates must be US citizens with the ability to pass a government background investigation. No dual citizens.

Responsibilities

• Supervise QA team and promote QA best practices across the organization.
• Establish software quality standards for life cycle, documentation, development methods, testing and maintenance.
• Develop automated test scripts to validate functional, technical, and performance requirements.
• Collaborate with developers, shared services team and product managers to define automated testing components.
• Drive test automation techniques and CI integration to support Agile delivery.
• Contribute to cross-functional teamwork within the Agile project lifecycle.

Education
