Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience
• Certified Tester -- Advanced Level desired
• 4 years hands-on automated test coding experience using Java (or development experience with C++ or C#)
• Candidates must be US citizens with the ability to pass a government background investigation. No dual citizens.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the QA team and promote QA best practices across life cycle, documentation, development methods, testing and maintenance.
• Develop automated test scripts to validate functional, technical, and performance requirements.
• Work with developers, shared services and product managers to define the automated testing components used to validate requirements.
• Drive test automation techniques and CI integration to support rapid feedback.
• Organize audits including program and CMMI PQA audits and prepare test metrics and IP Reviews.
• Provide oversight to the Quality Assurance Team, prioritizing testing-support activities and monitoring test team objectives.
