Job summary

ASM Research seeks a QA Automation Lead to supervise a QA team and promote best practices across software life cycle, testing and maintenance. You will establish quality standards, organize audits, and provide test metrics while prioritizing automation and CI-related activities.

The role requires hands-on coding in Java, experience with web front ends and microservices, and collaboration with developers, product managers, and shared services teams within an Agile framework.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on automated test coding in Java or similar.
• Experience with CI/CD, Cucumber, Java frameworks like Spring/Springboot.
• Familiarity with REST/SOAP, SQL.

Responsibilities

• Develop automated test scripts to validate functional, technical, and performance requirements.
• Collaborate with developers and PMs to define test components for validating requirements.
• Promote test automation techniques across the team.
• Develop using Java and execute tests on Web front end and microservices.
• Support CI integration and participate in testing activities within Agile processes.
