Job summary

You will establish software quality standards, drive automation components, and promote continuous integration within an Agile environment.

The role focuses on developing automated tests in Java for Web front ends and microservices, performing multi-level validations, and delivering test metrics to support project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience.
• Certified Tester -- Advanced Level (TTA, TA, and/or TM) desired.
• Candidate must have minimum 4 years of hands on automated test coding experience using Java (or development experience with C++ or C#).
• Candidates must be US citizens with the ability to pass a government background investigation. No dual citizens.

Responsibilities

• Develop automated test scripts to validate functional, technical, and performance requirements.
• Work with developers, shared services team and product managers to define the automated testing components.
• Drive test automation technique and CI integration.
• Develop using Java and execute automated tests on Web Front end and microservice architecture.
• Run test validations across DB, rules, logging, reporting, and UI layers.
• Assist Scrum Team estimation of stories and sizing of effort to include test automation and CI.
• Contribute to cross-functional teamwork within the Agile lifecycle.
