Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated seeks a Senior Territory Manager to drive revenue for its Premise Wiring solutions across Louisiana and Texas markets. You will develop new business, expand accounts, and fortify relationships with end users, contractors, consultants, and distributors.

Ideal candidates will reside in Baton Rouge, LA and possess deep knowledge of copper/fiber/wireless networks, plus 5+ years in data communications sales and territory management.

Qualifications

• Five (+) years of related data communications sales and territory management experience.
• Understanding of copper/fiber/WiFi network components and design.
• MS Office, Salesforce and PowerBI proficient.
• A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, with relevant certifications valued (RCDD, DCDC).
• Strong communication, leadership, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop the assigned sales territory to achieve and exceed growth, revenue, and market-share objectives.
• Maintain a full schedule of customer-facing sales calls with Contractors/Integrators, End Users, Distributors, and A&E firms to drive demand and secure project specifications.
• Deliver presentations, product demonstrations, and technical training to position Hubbell Premise Wiring and Hubbell Wireless solutions.
• Train distributor sales personnel and support channel execution while managing local inventory.
• Develop, write, and manage territory specifications influencing projects from design through bid and award.
• Engage Datacom and Electrical Contractors to support Design-Build and Competitive Bid opportunities.
