Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; five+ years in data communications sales/territory management.
• RCDD preferred; DCDC certification a plus.
• Strong knowledge of copper/fiber/WiFi components and design; MS Office, Salesforce, PowerBI proficient.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop the assigned sales territory to achieve growth, revenue, and market-share objectives.
• Deliver sales presentations, product demos, and training to position Hubbell Premise Wiring and Hubbell Wireless solutions.
• Train distributor personnel and manage local inventory to support channel execution.
• Develop, write, and manage territory specifications from design through bid and award.
• Engage contractors to support Design-Build and Competitive Bid opportunities; win projects.
