Drive profitable new-customer acquisition, strategic-account growth, and recurring service revenue in mission-critical power across multi-site accounts; reports to the VP of Sales, AC Power and Generation.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; generator, electrical-power, industrial-equipment, field-service, or mission-critical experience required; people-leadership experience preferred.

• Grow new logos, expand strategic accounts, and increase lifecycle-service revenue.
• Map decision networks, risks, and capital plans; own opportunities from discovery to close.
• Coordinate resources to deliver profitable, executable solutions and expand lifecycle services.
• Forecasts, pricing quality, and CRM accuracy; maintain ownership of key relationships.
• Lead team priorities, coaching, and performance through regular reviews and meetings.
