Job summary

FindLaw is seeking a Sr. Sales Executive to develop and grow new customer accounts in the legal community within an assigned territory.

You will leverage prospecting and consultative selling to provide FindLaw web-based marketing solutions and partner with the Account Management team for post-sales satisfaction and retention. The role requires the attainment of sales targets, a strong B2B sales background, and the ability to expand the customer base through proactive outreach and strategic

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in outside sales in a professional B2B environment.
• Proven track record of sales success, fast growth and consistently achieving performance at 100%+.
• Previous sales experience in online/advertising environment a plus.

Responsibilities

• Attain sales targets and quota in the assigned territory on a monthly basis.
• Consult with clients regarding web-based marketing strategies and solutions to meet business needs.
• Strategically grow a customer base through prospecting and cold calling.
• Demonstrate technical aptitude with MS Office and Salesforce.com.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and resolve client concerns and maintain relationships.
