Fortune Brands Innovations (NYSE: FBIN) is seeking a Senior Territory Manager to lead Moen’s wholesale business across Charlotte and Western North Carolina, building relationships with wholesalers, contractors, builders, developers, hospitality accounts, and showrooms while expanding market share and driving growth.

The role is field-based and remote, covering the Charlotte, NC area with approximately 10% overnight travel.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of outside sales experience.
• Proven ability to build relationships and grow business across wholesalers, contractors, builders, and developers.
• Ability to manage a territory, set priorities, and deliver results independently.
• A track record of expanding accounts and winning new business.
• Experience supporting showroom, multifamily, hospitality, or project-based sales environments.
• Experience advising customers and creating value through industry expertise, customer focus, and problem-solving.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow Moen’s wholesale business across the Charlotte and Western North Carolina territory.
• Build strong relationships with wholesalers, contractors, builders, developers, hospitality accounts, and showrooms to drive territory growth and expand market share.
• Lead local execution of strategic account and national builder initiatives, partnering with customers and cross-functional teams to deliver results.
• Serve as Moen’s primary representative within the territory.
• Deliver strong customer support by proactively resolving product, warranty, supply, and job-site issues.
• Protect and grow market share by building trusted relationships across the supply chain.
• Drive adoption of strategic programs and initiatives that support long-term business growth.
