Job summary

Biogen in the United States is seeking a field-based specialty sales representative to promote Neurology products to neurologists, allied health professionals and MS chapters in the Phoenix metro area. The role covers the state of Arizona with occasional overnight travel.

You will explain clinical data and reimbursement details, build relationships, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure customers understand Biogen support services. A strong track record in pharma sales is required.

Qualifications

• BS/BA preferred; MBA a plus.
• 3–5+ years of pharma, specialty, hospital, and/or biotech Sales required; breadth across disciplines desirable.
• Proven Track record of success (Top 30%) over 3+ years.
• Ability to drive results in a challenging and ambiguous market; launch, business development and co-promotion experiences are an advantage.
• Tenacious, collaborative, customer/patient focused.
• Must have valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record per Biogen policy.
• Willing to travel (overnight) up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Convey complex clinical and reimbursement information about Biogen products to customers and stakeholders.
• Use interpersonal skills and directed probing to address educational needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional peers to educate customers about Biogen support services.
