Job summary

Boston Scientific seeks an Interventional Solutions Senior Clinical Specialist to advance patient care through clinical expertise, education and procedural support across our Cardiovascular portfolio. This field-based role partners with physicians, cath lab staff and cross-functional teams to drive adoption and expand coronary therapies.

Qualifications

• BA/BS required or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in medical device sales, healthcare, clinical cardiology or related field.
• Ability to work flexible hours and travel as required.
• Experience mentoring or training clinical or commercial team members.

Responsibilities

• Execute regional clinical, sales and service strategies to support market growth and improve customer experience.
• Serve as a primary clinical resource for case coverage, product utilization, troubleshooting and customer education.
• Provide procedural support during coronary interventions and advise physicians on clinical applications.
• Educate customers on safe and effective use of company products through demonstrations and hands-on training.
• Build relationships with physicians and lab staff; support product launches and adoption initiatives.
