You will lead field teams, develop territory plans, provide hands-on coaching, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive initiatives and market expansion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years in sales and marketing in health industry.
• Ability to travel extensively.
• Fluency in English.
• Proven ability to achieve personal and team sales plans.

Responsibilities

• Build a high-performance sales and clinical organization to meet objectives.
• Provide daily guidance and leadership to the field team with effective communication and coaching.
• Develop and execute territory plans to deliver annual revenue commitments.
• Provide day-to-day field clinical support including patient interactions and device programming.
• Build strong relationships with existing customers and drive new business in assigned territory.
• Collaborate with Sales/Marketing/CCO/Product/Business Managers to design and execute strategic initiatives.
• Maintain reports including forecasts and expenses in a timely fashion.
