Job summary

Boston Scientific, a global medical technology leader, seeks a Clinical Specialist Manager for Sacral Neuromodulation. You will oversee clinical development and lead the field team, driving efficiency, coaching representatives, and managing risk.

This role requires strategic partnership with regional leadership and hands-on field activity. Expect to lead in a dynamic environment, maintain a strong bench of candidates, and collaborate with HR to align clinical goals with regional sales

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
Ability to manage conflict effectively and drive change.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Energetic, organized, determined, and goal-oriented.
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience.

Responsibilities

Oversee clinical development and lead sacral neuromodulation field team.
Identify and implement strategies to increase efficiency and productivity.
Coach clinical representatives and manage administrative risks.
Ensure regional alignment of goals and adoption of best practices.
Recruit and hire clinical candidates in collaboration with Regional Executive.
Support sales development and provide product knowledge to the field.
Attend trainings and certifications as required.
Set and monitor annual/quarterly objectives for reports; provide feedback and coaching.
