Job summary

Boston Scientific is seeking a Clinical Specialist Manager of Sacral Neuromodulation to lead clinical development and a field team across multiple Virginia locations. You’ll drive efficiency, coach reps, manage risks and report to the Director of Field Development.

You will champion policies, performance goals, and collaborate with regional executives to align with sales strategies while maintaining a strong bench of candidates for future hires. Field presence is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Ability to manage conflict effectively and effect change.
• Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Energetic, organized, determined and goal-oriented.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Carry out company policies with sincerity and integrity; ensure clinical team complies with policies and procedures.
• Manage and coach clinical representatives to ensure regional alignment, talent development and best practices.
• Demonstrate clinical excellence in therapeutic education and pipeline management.
• Foster effective communication and development within the team; support account management decisions.
• Collaborate with HR to locate, recruit and hire top clinical candidates; assess headcount needs.
• Support field to develop sales through procedures, service needs and product knowledge.
• Attend NHT trainings and participate in certifications.
• Set and review annual/quarterly objectives; run performance evaluations with feedback.
