Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coach clinical representatives ensuring regional alignment of goals and talent development.
• Demonstrate Clinical Excellence in therapy education and pipeline management.
• Collaborate with HR to locate, recruit, and hire top clinical candidates for open positions.
• Ensure direct reports have annual/quarterly objectives and participate in performance evaluations.
• Align clinical team goals with regional sales strategy and provide input during QBRs.
• Be in the field a minimum of 60% of the time conducting field rides with the clinical team.
