Job summary

Boston Scientific seeks a Clinical Specialist Manager of Sacral Neuromodulation to lead clinical development and oversee a regional field team. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum 2 years of clinical experience.
Strong communication skills and ability to manage change.
Leadership experience preferred in local team.
Experience in OR or SNM space preferred.
Proven track record as a Clinical Specialist, preferably in the neuromodulation space.

Responsibilities

Lead and coach clinical representatives and manage field development.
Ensure regional alignment of goals and talent development.
Support sales development with procedures, service needs, product knowledge.
Attend trainings and certifications; implement objectives and performance reviews.
Maintain a robust bench of candidates for future hiring opportunities.
Spend 60% of time in the field conducting field rides with the clinical specialist team.
