Job summary

Pacific Building Group is seeking a TI Superintendent to lead field teams in San Diego. The role requires coordinating trades, maintaining schedules, and ensuring quality workmanship on time and within budget. Strong communication and safety leadership are essential for success.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in construction supervision, is detail-oriented, and can manage multiple tasks while fostering positive relationships with clients and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in scheduling, field supervision, quality control, and production of construction phases.
• Ability to read specifications, blueprints, and drawings (engineering/architectural).
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency with Prolog or similar PM software and Primavera.

Responsibilities

• Direct field personnel to complete projects on schedule and within budget with quality workmanship.
• Coordinate and supervise all construction activities and create look-ahead schedules.
• Coordinate inspections with subcontractors and manage site logistics daily.
• Maintain safe, organized, and clean job sites and enforce safety policies.
