CPM Tenant Improvement Solutions is seeking an experienced Superintendent for ground-up, TI, and commercial interior projects in Washington. The role emphasizes clean execution, strong leadership, and sound preconstruction planning, with empowered decision-making on-site.

The ideal candidate has 5–10+ years in commercial construction, OSHA 30, and a proven ability to lead field teams while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years as a Commercial Construction Superintendent required.
• Proven track record managing ground-up, TI, or commercial interior projects.
• OSHA 30-hour certification (First Aid/CPR a plus)
• Strong understanding of construction methods, safety, and quality standards.
• Proficient in Procore, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office.
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day field operations from start to finish
• Manage site safety, quality, and production
• Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, and deliveries
• Maintain schedule integrity and proper sequencing
• Partner closely with Project Managers and Preconstruction teams
• Represent CPM professionally on every jobsite
• Run the jobsite with authority and confidence
