Job summary

Essel Skilled Trades is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead commercial tenant improvement projects in Silicon Valley and San Francisco. You will oversee day-to-day field operations, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure safety and quality on TI interiors.

The role requires 5+ years at superintendent level on TI/interiors, familiarity with Bay Area general contractors, and a collaborative, problem-solving mindset. OSHA 30 is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent on commercial TI/interiors projects.
• Experience with Bay Area general contractors (TI/interiors).
• Open-minded, collaborative, solutions-oriented approach.
• OSHA 30 preferred (certification)

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day field operations on office and commercial TI projects.
• Build, update and manage project schedules in MS Project.
• Coordinate subcontractors, inspections and site safety.
• Keep projects on schedule, on budget and to quality standards.
• Communicate progress with the project team and client.
