BCCI, part of the STO Building Group, is seeking a Superintendent in San Francisco, CA. This role leads high-end renovations and construction projects, ensuring quality, client satisfaction, and profitability.

You will oversee electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems, manage staff, and coordinate with owners, tenants, and professionals to deliver on schedule and budget. The ideal candidate has 5–10 years in commercial construction management and experience with Procore and Bluebeam.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or construction science is preferred.
• 5–10 years in commercial construction management.
• Experience with Procore and Bluebeam.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems throughout the construction management process.
• Manage all staff assigned to project and relationships with owner, tenants, and professionals.
• Oversee timely completion of documentation and administrative aspects of project management.
• Monitor schedules, spending, and related activities.
• Prepare change orders, review invoices, and ensure payments to subcontractors.
