Qualifications

• In-depth background in Bank Secrecy Act compliance and general banking skills.
• 3+ years of retail banking experience.
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations (Reg Z, Reg B, FHA, HMDA, RESPA, FCRA, BSA/ AML, CIP, RFPA, CRA).
• Intermediate math, interest calculations, and balance handling.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, ATM transactions, and night drops with accuracy.
• Refer products and services to customers based on financial goals.
• Address customer questions and resolve concerns regarding bank services.
• Reconcile GL debits/credits for a location within a period.
• Assist with daily teller work and vault/ATM balancing.
• Support training of new team members and help meet branch goals.
