The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of cash handling experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to learn branch systems while delivering friendly, reliable service to customers.

Qualifications

• 1 year cash handling experience in any industry is required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Basic understanding of cash handling and basic knowledge of 10 key is required.
• Ability to learn key branch systems; basic end-user knowledge of Word and Excel is required.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently process transactions (deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, ATM, night drop).
• Answer questions and resolve customer concerns regarding services provided by the Bank.
• Assist with vault and ATM balancing.
• Input hold/stop payments.
• Assist in monthly certifications.
• Conduct account research.
• Contribute to the branch audit results.
• Order supplies and process mail.
• Assist with scanning of daily Teller work.
• Demonstrate knowledge of wire procedures and assist with wires.
• Review and verify daily reports from Branch Management.
• Follow bank policies and regulatory procedures to ensure safety of assets.
