Banc of California is seeking a Senior Teller in Glendale to handle branch transactions, deliver exceptional customer service, and deepen customer relationships. You will work with deposits, loans, and various bank services while upholding regulatory requirements.

The role requires 3+ years of retail banking experience, strong math and communication skills, and a professional, confidential approach to handling customer information. On-site position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualificações

• In-depth background in Bank Secrecy Act compliance and general banking skills; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of retail banking experience in a financial services industry.
• Knowledge of applicable regulations (Reg Z, Reg B, HMDA, RESPA, FCRA, BSA/AML, CIP, RFPA, CRA).
• Strong math, balance, and transaction processing abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; professional demeanor.

Responsabilidades

• Process deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, ATM and night drop transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Identify opportunities to refer new products and services based on customer goals.
• Maintain customer service quality and resolve questions regarding Bank services.
• Reconcile GL debits/credits and balance vaults/ATMs.
• Assist with training and onboarding of new team members.
