Job summary

Bank of Hope is seeking a customer service focused professional in a full-time teller/representative role at our California branch. You will provide excellent customer service, resolve inquiries, and act as a role model for teammates with a customer-first attitude.

You will handle transactions, assist with deposits and withdrawals, and support branch operations. Cross-selling opportunities will be identified while maintaining accuracy in cash handling and adherence to policies.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to project a professional image
• Ability to respond effectively to sensitive inquiries or customer complaints
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines simultaneously
• Strong organizational skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• Korean language preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and assist inquiries; resolve issues and maintain a welcoming environment
• Serve as escalation point for complex customer issues and coordinate with other departments
• Educate customers about bank products and identify cross-sell/upsell opportunities
• Mentor and train tellers on customer service standards, cash handling, and procedures
• Support branch operations and teamwork to achieve branch goals
