Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide welcoming, professional customer service and address needs promptly.
• Assist with routine inquiries related to accounts, transactions, and services.
• Identify opportunities to educate customers on bank products and services and refer to team members as needed.
• Resolve basic issues and elevate complex problems to branch staff.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, loan payments, and money orders accurately.
• Maintain a balanced cash drawer and follow cash-handling procedures.
• Protect confidentiality and comply with bank policies and regulations.
• Assist with ATM balancing, night deposits, and safe deposit access.
