Job summary

Bank of Hope in Los Angeles seeks a Customer Service & Sales professional to greet customers, answer inquiries, and resolve issues promptly while promoting banking products. You will contribute to branch goals through effective relationship building and knowledgeable guidance on services.

In this role, you will handle teller tasks, assist with account openings and updates, and identify opportunities to deepen client relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education Level: High School Diploma.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Additional language: Korean preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide a welcoming and professional experience for all customers, assisting with inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Build relationships by understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate banking products and services.
• Promote bank products and services to achieve individual and branch sales goals, including accounts, loans, and other financial solutions.
• Educate customers on digital banking options and self-service tools to enhance their banking experience.
