Responsibilities

• Proves competencies in bank operations and balances cash at the window with 85% balancing rate.
• Use of bank computer systems to operate customer service window accurately and securely.
• Identify customers and verify authenticity of transactions to protect customer and bank from fraud.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, checks, and other payments; balance cash window daily.
• Provide additional services (money orders, other) and refer customers to appropriate departments.
• Maintain vault, ATM, and settlement balancing where applicable; support branch leadership.
