Job summary

Marquette Bank seeks a Senior Teller to support the Teller Supervisor and Branch Operations across multiple locations. You will perform backroom teller functions, balance the vault and branch, and assist with opening and closing procedures while delivering high-quality customer service.

This role requires 1–2 years teller experience, strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 1–2 years teller experience
• Detail oriented with a thorough understanding of the Teller Department
• Versatile and possess excellent communication skills to interact with employees and customers
• Possess leadership and organizational skills to be able to analyze accurately and think quickly

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers and process transactions accurately
• Balance the vault and branch, and open/close the branch
• Assist Teller Supervisor or Branch Operations Manager with daily duties
• Assist other tellers in balancing daily transactions
• Comply with Bank Secrecy Act, CRA, and other regulations
• Perform backroom teller procedures and related tasks
