Job summary

Marquette Bank is seeking a SR Teller to support the Teller Supervisor and Branch Operations Manager in daily retail operations. You will perform backroom teller functions, balance the vault, and help open/close the branch while delivering high-quality customer service.

You will interact with customers professionally, maintain accuracy in transactions, and contribute to a positive, team-centered work environment with generous benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1–2 years teller experience.
• Detail oriented with a thorough understanding of the Teller Department.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with employees and customers.
• Leadership and organizational skills to be able to analyze accurately and think quickly.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers and colleagues with professional communication.
• Balance daily transactions and assist in vault balancing.
• Open and close the branch.
• Follow Bank Secrecy Act, CRA, and related regulations.
• Assist other tellers as needed.
