Responsibilities

• Perform teller duties and train tellers; supervise the Teller function.
• Assist clients with resolution of account problems and issues.
• Process deposits/withdrawals and verify amounts and endorsements.
• Cross-sell bank products and services to clients.
• Open new accounts and refer other services when appropriate.
• Manage cash vault operations and daily cash counts.
• Maintain accuracy and provide exceptional client service.
