Job summary

KeyBank in Toledo, OH is seeking a Lead Teller who serves as a resource to resolve complex client servicing needs, coaches tellers, and manages day-to-day teller scheduling and branch compliance. You will identify financial wellness opportunities, transition clients to a Banker, and support onboarding of new tellers while maintaining branch operations and policy knowledge.

This full-time in-branch role requires a high school diploma and at least 3 years of client relationship and cash-handling

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years demonstrated superior client relationship skills.
• Minimum of 3 years' cash handling experience.
• Proficiency with Windows-based PC applications and calculator.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and foster teamwork.
• Strong organizational skills for multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Embodies a strong client experience culture and supports colleagues.
• Executes teller duties efficiently and coaches tellers in-person.
• Identifies and resolves complex client servicing issues.
• Recognizes financial wellness opportunities and directs clients to bankers.
• Supports branch onboarding and training of new tellers.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory, security and audit controls.
