Qualifications

• English language proficiency is required for both spoken and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and capture workload credit and contribute to performance improvement activities.
• Coordinate with Biomed and IT staff for installation and upgrade of telehealth hardware and software.
• Provide advanced telehealth technical support to patients, staff, and providers.
• Offer instruction and resources on advanced telehealth technologies to patients and staff.
• Maintain and communicate telehealth procedures to ensure efficient care delivery.
