U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a Telehealth Clinical Health Technician to support and manage telehealth operations at a clinical site with potential travel.

Responsibilities include facilitating telehealth encounters, data management, and administrative support to telehealth services. Applicants may be referred or tentatively selected while education/licensure requirements are finalized.

Qualifications

• One year of health care experience or four academic years above high school with related courses.
• Education/experience combination can qualify entry level.
• English language proficiency required.

Responsabilités

• Schedule telehealth appointments using an electronic scheduling system.
• Obtain and document patient history and clinical information in EMR.
• Prepare telehealth room and set up video conferencing with patient and provider.
• Monitor and maintain the real-time telehealth schedule and rooms/equipment.
• Administer patient satisfaction surveys.
• Perform minor maintenance on telehealth equipment.
