Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s Degree preferred.
5 years of related work experience.
Hands-on experience with network management and monitoring tools.
Expertise in architecture design for LAN/WAN and VoIP networks.
Strong knowledge of IP infrastructure for VoIP in on-premises and cloud environments.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor junior technicians.

Responsibilities

Handle escalations and resolve service interruptions across multiple sites and data centers.
Collaborate with telecom carriers and vendors to optimize solutions and troubleshoot data circuits.
Develop and maintain network and telecom infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, VoIP, and cloud-based systems.
Lead VoIP network design teams, capacity planning, and special projects for new technologies.
Provide 24/7 operational support during builds, upgrades, and critical incidents.
