Indigo Beam Consulting in Houston, TX seeks a Telecommunications Project Manager to lead ICT infrastructure projects across enterprise sites, healthcare, and industrial sectors. You will guide planning, execution, and delivery of multi-million-dollar builds, ensuring on-time, on-budget outcomes with strong stakeholder communication.

The role requires deep BICSI/TIA knowledge, team leadership, and a track record of managing low-voltage or telecom installations while upholding safety and quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of direct experience managing low-voltage or telecommunications projects.
• Active BICSI RTPM or RCDD certifications; PMP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead ICT infrastructure projects from scoping through hand-off.
• Ensure designs and builds adhere to BICSI/ANSI/TIA and local codes.
• Manage on-site technicians, sub-contractors, and field crews; conduct safety briefings and quality audits.
• Track milestones, budgets, change orders, and resource allocation.
• Serve as the central client liaison and manage stakeholder communications.
